McLaren MP4-12C VS Ducati 1199 Panigale By Autocar At Cadwell Park
With the start of the new year Autocar is back with the first of its videos, the sort which we have all come to love. Yes, we are talking about the motorcycle vs car challenges.
The last time over the publication pitted a Ducati 1098 against a Nissan GT-R at Cadwell Park and the car came on top. Understandably, the motorcycle world has ever since been waiting to get even and that time has now come.
For their latest video thought the stakes have been increased. Representing the motorcycles is one of the most technologically advanced production two wheeler ever built - the Ducati 1199 Panigale S.
On the other side is the McLaren MP4-12C, which is easily the fastest car in its segment that includes the likes of Ferrari 458 Italia.
The battle ground is Cadwell Park, located in Lincolnshire, England. A circuit that measures 3.477 kilometers and consists of 11 turns. The circuits varying mix of corners has earned it the nickname, the Mini-Nürburgring.
