This 789bhp Modified Ferrari Portofino M Is A Mansory That We Actually Like
German tuneing house Mansory has got its hands on the Ferrari Portofino M and before you try and switch off in disgust, the result is actually a rather nice to look at.
For once, Mansory decided not to go absolutely mental with modifying the design of the supercar and the result is a modified Ferrari that is in your face but still a lot more palatable.
But before we talk about the design, let us talk about the changes that Mansory has done to the powerplant of Ferrari's entry-level, drop-top, front-engined supercar...
Well, the 3.9-litre twin-turbo V8 engine sports a comprehensively revised engine management system and a sports exhaust system that have upped the power to 789bhp while the torque figure is now 950Nm while also improving the soundtrack.
Mansory's tune has raised the engine output by 177bhp and 190Nm which has resulted in a big jump in performance on the street. The 0-100km/h sprint takes just 2.9 seconds, 0.5 seconds quicker than a stock Portofino M, while the top speed is now rated at 335km/h (up by 15km/h).
But what are the changes that well you can see every time you clap your eyes on this modified Portofino M from Mansory? Well, the German tuner has added quite a few lightweight forged carbon fibre parts to this modified Ferrari.
These forged carbon parts include the retractable hardtop plus all the add-on parts like the attachments to the front and rear bumpers - splitters, flics, and updated diffuser among others.
Also seen are a large ducktail spoiler and ultra-light forged alloy wheels (YT.5 or VN.5) that measure 21 inches at the front and 22 inches at the rear. The wheels are shod with 245/30 ZR21 (front) and 305/25 ZR22 (rear) high-performance tyres.
The interiors match the exterior colour palette - black with yellow accents. There is leather all around with the upholstery sporting quite a few yellow accents. The floor mats feature the Mansory logo which also replaces the Ferrari shields on the front fenders.

The Mansory Ferrari Portofino M is a modified prancing horse done right, which is surprising considering the ones that modified it. Mansory hasn't gone mad with its modifications for the Portofino M and that has made all the difference.
