Chinese Man Builds Electric Lamborghini For Grandson
This is the story of a Chinese farmer who felt it was not safe to take his grandson to school in his electric moped. So, he did the next best thing he could come up with. He took to a car; not one that he bought, but one that he built himself.
Old Guo is the name of the man and he hails from the Zhengzhou region in central China. The
50 year old decided that since was build a car anyway why not make it resemble a Lamborghini. There's one more thing. Old Guo's Lamborghini replica is an electric car.

Old Guo's Lamborghini style electric car is made from stainless steel; hand cut and shaped in his own workshop.

It took Old Guo nearly half a year and 5000 yuan or approximately $815 to finish his small electric Lamborghini replica.

The car measures roughly 2 meters long and 1 meter wide, and is powered by 5 batteries which give it a range of 60 kilometers.

No Lamborghini replica can be complete without scissor doors and Old Guo's electric car sports these.

This car comes with buttons on the steering for the horn and one for engaging reverse or forward drive. The Lamborghini logo was purchased by him on the internet. There's even a stereo installed.

The car also gets electric windows and even automatic rain canopy. That's right, this one is a convertible.

Old Guo's electric Lambo is not allowed to be driven on main roads, but it can be driven around the neighbourhood. Hopefully, Old Guo is able to drive his grandson to school in the car.
