Cars Worth 11 Crores Seized From Leena Maria Paul
Leena Maria Paul, a small time Kollywood actor, was arrested earlier this week from her plush Delhi farmhouse in a joint operation conducted by Chennai and Delhi police. The starlet, along with her live-in partner Sukesh Chandrashekhar have been in the wanted list for some time now over a fraud case worth 19 crores.
The duo absconded from Chennai after cheating Canara Bank of INR 19 crores and had been living in South Delhi in a rented farmhouse. Both Leela and her partner being car fanatics had acquired several imported luxury cars, which have now been confesticated by the South Delhi Anti Auto Theft Squad.
Among the vehicles seized are a Rolls Royce saloon estimated to be worth nearly INR 5 crores and a modified Hummer which is valued around INR 2 Crores. The police suspects these cars may have been imported illegally and are investigating the matter. Following are some of the high-end imported automobiles that was part of Leena's garage.
