The Best Incentive Ever - Get A Lamborghini For Free With Your New Villa
An upcoming luxury residency in Greater Noida is offering a new Lamborghini Urus to every owner of a new villa. The upcoming luxury residency is the work of Jaypee Greens, a premium real estate developer in the Delhi NCR region who helped develop the Greater Noida Golf Course.
The Urus as an incentive proposal was brought to light by X (formerly Twitter) user Gaurav Gupta, a realtor from the Delhi NCR region and it shows the levels to which realtors are going to attract the big spenders to their new developments.
The new Urus, which is priced at Rs 4.57 crore (ex-showroom) may seem like a nice incentive when you buy a villa worth 26 crore in a luxury housing estate that includes two golf courses (one an 18-hole and the other a 9-hole - for those that are interested).
However, once you take in other factors like the fact that a home facing the courses would cost an extra Rs 50 lakh and a parking spot for that raging bull of an SUV is another Rs 30 lakh and you may just start wondering about your choice for a new place to live and golf at. Other amenities like a membership to the golf courses, electricity infrastructure and power backup will set you back another Rs 22.5 lakh ( Rs 7.5 lakh for each).

But say if you have deep pockets and find those add-ons a trivial matter, then this golfing paradise is the ideal spot for the uber-rich petrolhead in you to settle down, with the Noida Greater Expressway just around the corner and the Yamuna Expressway and the Greater Noida Formula One track just a few kilometres away.
The F1 track may be the perfect spot to put the free super SUV in your garage through its paces. The new Urus SE from Lamborghini features a hybrid powertrain with an electric motor and a twin-turbo 4.0-litre V8.

The hybrid setup puts out 788bhp and 900Nm of peak torque. This is sent to all four wheels via an automatic gearbox that allows for a 0-100km/h sprint time of 3.4 seconds and a top speed of 312km/h.
