Kinetic Safar Electric Three-Wheeler Launched In India For Rs. 1.28 Lakh
Kinetic Green Energy and Power Solutions, has launched its electric three wheeler kinetic Safar. The electric three-wheeler will be priced at Rs. 1.28 lakh ex-showroom (Delhi).
Kinetic Safar will be equipped with a steel body, dual headlamps, and a console with range indicator and speedometer. It has a maximum speed of 25km/h and it can carry four passengers and the driver.
The Safar's gearbox has been specifically created to make the e-three wheeler capable of climbing flyovers. Battery makers Exide will be providing the lead acid battery system for the Kinetic Safar.
The Kinetic Group has already bagged an order for providing 27,000 Kinetic Safar vehicles to the UP government. The Kinetic Safar will be manufactured at Kinetic Green's Ahmednagar facility, Maharashtra. The plant has a production capacity of 4,000 vehicles per month.
The company is planning to expand its manufacturing facility in Ahmednagar and also start another assembly unit in North India.
