H-Racer
The company's first fuel cell toy car, also the world's smallest hydrogen fuel cell car, was the H-Racer. This hit the market in June 2006.
H2GO
What followed was H2GO. Developed in collaboration with Corgi International, this was slightly more advanced and reliable. The car here is controlled with regular radio signals.
The complete kit
The latest product is the i-H2GO. This is how it runs. The car comes with a ‘refueling station' and a photovoltaic cell panel, which powers the ‘refueling station'.
Electrolysis of water
The refueling station is basically a jar into which we pour water and there hydrogen atoms are stripped out and collected. This H2 can then be used by the fuel cells within the car.
Samrtphone/Table controller
Then it is a matter of pairing the car using Wi-Fi with a smartphone and using a free app the car can be controlled, just like any other RC car. The iH2GO costs $180 (Rs 10,709) and will go on sale from August.
