Holi Fine: Man Riding Scooter With Two Girls Fined Rs 33,000
Recently a video has gone viral on social media, sparking outrage amongst viewers. The video shows three individuals on a scooter, with two girls engaging in Holi festivals while sitting behind the rider.
The video clip has been widely circulated on the internet and has been videotaped by an unknown person, capturing the two girls sitting as pillion riders and exchanging colourful powders on each other's faces with a boy riding the scooter while music from a Hindi film plays in the background.

The viral video clip has outraged social media users who are demanding action to be taken against the individuals in the video as the video demonstrates the violence of traffic rules and displays signs of reckless driving.
The video after going viral caught the attention of the Noida Traffic Police Department who have announced that a fine of Rs. 33,000 has been issued against the vehicle present in the video through an e-challan.
A tweet released by the Noida Police Department states "Taking cognizance of the above complaint, action has been taken against the concerned vehicle for violation of traffic rules by issuing e-challan (fine ₹33000/-) as per rules,"
Social media users have expressed their concerns about the video. One user commented "What message will these two girls, indulging in such obscene acts, convey to society? Even children watch these videos," "They are in an inebriated condition. Need to take immediate action against such obscene behaviour in full daylight in the guise of Holi," said another.
Previously, another video went viral on social media of two girls dressed in traditional Indian attire and applying coloured powder to each other's faces before displaying more intimate gestures. A user commented, "Under the guise of Holi, the supposedly cultured girls have spread obscenity, the influence of Delhi Metro has reached Greater Noida, should we call this vulgarity or the ghost of reels?"
