Hardik Pandya Drives Ferrari 12Cilindri In Mumbai: What Makes This V12 Supercar Special?

Mumbai Indians captain and all-rounder Hardik Pandya, who played a key part in India's recent defence of the T20 World Cup, has been spotted driving the Ferrari 12Cilindri in Mumbai. The Ferrari supercar, finished in the menacing Nero Daytona shade, is priced at around ₹12 crore (on-road) and is said to be the first 12Cilindri sold in Mumbai.

The Ferrari 12Cilindri uses a front mid-engine, rear-wheel-drive layout. The 12Cilindri replaces the Ferrari 812 Superfast and continues Ferrari's naturally aspirated V12 grand tourer lineage.

Hardik Pandya's purchase of the Ferrari 12Cilindri adds to his existing garage, which includes models such as the Lamborghini Urus, Mercedes-AMG G63 and Porsche Cayenne. He also recently purchased a Land Rover Defender for his son, Agastya and his ex-wife Natasa Stankovic.

Ferrari 12Cilindri - NA V12 Powertrain

The Ferrari 12Cilindri is powered by a 6.5-litre naturally aspirated V12 engine (something the supercar's name pays tribute to) producing 830hp and 678Nm of torque. Power is sent to the rear wheels through an 8-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox.

Performance figures for the 12Cilindri include a 0-100kph time of 2.9 seconds and a top speed of over 340kph. The engine revs to 9,500rpm, making it one of the highest-revving V12 engines currently available on a production car and one of the last NA V12's currently offered on any car right now.

The 12Cilindri supercar features four-wheel steering and a brake-by-wire system. Aerodynamic elements include active rear flaps and an integrated rear spoiler for high-speed stability.
