Etihad's A380 Flight To India Will Make Kings Jealous
The first ever daily A380 flight between Abu Dhabi and Mumbai has started and features Etihad's extremely luxurious 'The Residence' suite of rooms.
The first flight of the new Airbus A380 service landed on May 1, 2016 in Mumbai and wasn't greeted with the usual water cannon salute usually accorded to new flights keeping in mind the prevailing drought conditions in Maharashtra. The inaugural A380 flight to Mumbai included an all-Indian 22 member cabin crew and two pilots
Mumbai has become the airline's fourth A380 destination following London Heathrow, Sydney and New York, with Melbourne set to join on June 1.
Passengers on the new A380 can now travel to Abu Dhabi in ultimate luxury thanks to the availability of Etihad's Opulant Residence suite which sits above its first class suite.
The Residence is the only three-room suite on a commercial airline, designed for two people travelling together and features a living room, a separate bedroom and an ensuite shower room. To cater to your every need, Etihad also provides a butller just for the Residence.
To fly aboard The Residence, flyers will have to cough up Rs. 3,47,472 for the 200 minute flight to Abu Dhabi.
Noone said luxury was cheap.
