Drift Gymkhana Gets Big With 1000HP Becx-TDS Truck

Last week we posted a video of stunt driver Mike Ryan taking his 2,400 HP supercharged and turbocharged Banks Engineering tuned, Pikes Peak truck out for a spin in a closed track, where the massive diesel vehicle went tail happy effortlessly. Here is another video of a truck drifting, but this one does more than just spin around a circular track.

The machine in this case is a Becx-TDS Racing semi, powered by a 1,100 HP engine. The man behind the wheel, Michiel Becx, has tried to recreate the highly popular drift Gymkhana performed by Ken Block and even features a man on a Segway. It is one thing to brave a drifting Ford Fiesta, but not losing your wits when a truck is doing circles around you must take a different level of courage. Becx takes his performance to a different level. In particular, the part where he gets out of the truck in the middle of the stunt. You can watch the video in the gallery below.
