Audi R8 VS Ducati Diavel: Race!
Drag racing cars is always fun, but many will agree that the drag race gets even more interesting when its four wheels against two. Two British auto magazines decided to get together and give auto enthusiasts the thrill of one such drag race this weekend.
The vehicles in this race are an Audi R8 V10 supercar and a Ducati Diavel super cruiser motorcycle. This, however, is not a straightforward drag race. In such a race the Diavel, with its supreme power to weight, would slaughter the Audi R8. To make things interesting the vehicles here have to go from 0 to 150 mph (241 km/h) and back to 0. Pick a favourite and watch which vehicle wins.
Ducati is now owned by Audi, which in turn is under Volkswagen. So, anything happens is within the family. No hard feelings.
Remember, the Diavel is lighter and is quicker off the mark, but the R8's awesome brakes could play spoilsport. As drag races go this one is a nail biter.
