Dubai Police Adds More Power To Its Patrol Fleet — The New Supercar Fleet Revealed!
The latest addition, Audi R8 is the most powerful and fastest production car ever built by the German automaker.

has
commissioned
four
Audi
Q7s
and
two
Audi
R8s
to
its
illustrious
fleet
of
patrol
cars.
The
police
department
is
well-known
for
having
a
combination
of
supercars
and
hypercars
including
the
rare
Aston
Martin
One-77
and
Ford
Mustang
customised
by
Roush
Performance.
The latest addition, Audi R8 is the most powerful and fastest production car ever built by the German automaker. Powering the model is a 5.2-litre V10 engine which produces 602bhp of power and 560Nm of peak torque.
The R8 sends its power to all four wheels through its latest Quattro all-wheel drive system. The supercar also features a 7-speed S-Tronic dual-clutch transmission.
The Q7 is Audi's flagship SUV model and it offers luxurious comfort. The SUV also offers up to 27 percent less fuel consumption than its predecessor. The engine is a 4.2-litre diesel unit that makes 322bhp and 760Nm of torque.
Ali Al Nabooda, General Manager Audi, Al Nabooda Automobiles said, "This comes in the context of the commitment of Dubai Police HQ and Al Nabooda Automobiles together to raise awareness among young drivers, and improve standards of traffic and public safety."
The exotic car fleet of the Dubai Police includes Bentley Continental GT, BMW i8, BMW M6, Brabus Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG, Bugatti Veyron, Lamborghini Aventador, Nissan GT-R, Lexus RC F, etc.
In October 2016, the department also added a Mclaren S570 to its fleet. The car is capable of doing a top speed of 338 km/h.
