Chevrolet Corvette Crushed By A Massive Tree — Driver Walks Away
A Chevrolet Corvette was crushed by a massive tree in South Carolina. The driver was driving in the middle of massive storm.
Driving in the middle of a rainstorm is always dangerous. And this Corvette driver was very lucky to escape with minor cuts and bruises.
Sonny Dixon was driving a C4 Corvette when a thunderstorm struck Charlotte, North Carolina, United States. Suddenly out of nowhere, a massive tree came down the car's roof.
Sonny said that he was looking for a shelter and he couldn't see anything and suddenly a tree landed behind his head. But by looking at the photo situation seem more serious as the massive tree landed right in the middle.
As per reports, much of the tree missed the driver, but Dixon was trapped in the car. The nearby residents rushed to the scene and freed the driver after several minutes.
Dixon was very lucky to escape with only 22 stitches to his head. But the Corvette bore the brunt of the tree. The front windshield and rear glass shattered and the doors are also badly damaged.
The suspension of the Corvette is likely to be damaged because the massive tree landed right in the midsection of the car. But Dixon is not worried about his Corvette as he owns 15 other cars.
