BMW Offers VIP Treatment To Customer For Switching From Mercedes

Debra Hayden Hathaway and her husband are one happy couple, not just because they recently became the owners of a spanking new BMW 4 Series Coupe, but due an unexpected pleasant surprise they received from BMW.

The story began a couple of months back when the couple watched the promotional video of the 2014 BMW 4-Series Coupe (watch the video here). So impressed were the two by the video showcasing the swanky and powerful BMW coupe that the very moment they decided to purchase the 435i model.

Mrs Hathaway even went ahead and posted a comment on BMW Group's Faecbook page about their decision. The comment is as follows:
"Your 2014 BMW 4-series 435i Coupe video enticed us into buying a new Coupe. We almost decided on a Mercedes, then saw the 2:16 minute video on You Tube and convinced us this was the car we wanted! (We ended up with the 428i which suited us better). We are picking it up at BMW Welt on October 21. The marketing team that put the video together deserves kudos and brought in new business for BMW. Could someone's tell me where it was filmed?"

It also turns out that the couple were long time Mercedes-Benz patrons and before coming across the BMW video they had made up their mind to purchase a Mercedes.

BMW were so pleased with the response that they went out of their way to arrange something special when the couple arrived at the BMW Welt dealership to pick up their new 428i coupe. At the end of it all the two were left with a happy memory which they would never ever forget.
