In honor of their 10-year milestone, the globally-renowned, two and three-wheeler manufacturer, TVS Motor Company, has made public the production of the 150,000th unit of BMW Motorrad’s 310cc motorcycle series. The motorcycle production took place at TVS Motor’s facility in Hosur, initiated by none other than Mr. KN Radhakrishnan, TVS's CEO and Director, and Dr. Markus Schramm, the head of BMW Motorrad.
In their decade-long journey, TVS Motor and BMW Motorrad have built an association rooted in mutual respect for quality, impressive performance, and non-stop innovation. This successful alliance has been capped with notable milestones, reinforcing the sturdy link between the two enterprises. In December 2021, the strategic partnership was broadened and fortified as a vital foundation for its continued expansion.
In this regard, both TVS Motor and BMW Motorrad are co-developing new platforms and futuristic tech, notably electric vehicles. Additionally, in the spirit of this enduring alliance, TVS Motor Company has further expanded its roles to include designing and developing future BMW Motorrad products, ensuring top-notch quality, industrialization, and managing the supply chain. As a testament to the flourishing partnership, the production of BMW CE 02 has commenced at the TVS Motor’s manufacturing plant in Hosur.
