Watch A Truck Come To Life In The Hands Of An Artist
Gone are the days when pickup trucks used to cumbersome beasts with the least amount of consideration given to how good one actually looked. Truck owners these days prefer their workhorses to be just as sleek and muscular as a sports coupe (at least as much as they can be).
So, how does an initial design of a modern truck come about? Everything starts with a simple piece of black sheet and a pencil, in the hands of an artist.
And while it's not often that we look at how a vehicle is created from scratch, this part of the inception of a new vehicle is just as interesting as any other stage of its development.
Watching the calculated and measured strokes of an artist eventually result in a modern day truck is pleasing to watch, to say the least.
We would also like to mention one other thing here. The sketching process begins with the drawing of several wheels. That's to get the wheelbase measurement right, which needs to have the distance of four wheels between the actual front and rear wheels.
