One of India's prominent hospital chains, Indraprastha Apollo Hospitals, has embarked on a significant partnership with the MotoGP Bharat Grand Prix, slated to occur at Buddh International Circuit in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The pioneering MotoGP event in India will be given all-inclusive medical assistance by Indraprastha Apollo Hospitals from September 22nd to 24th.
Thousands of onlookers will flood the high-profile sporting spectacle, and Indraprastha Apollo Hospitals will be ready to render medical and emergency aid if necessary. As MotoGP's medical partner, the hospital is tasked with safeguarding the world's elite motorcyclists and the marshals.
Indraprastha Apollo Hospital's team will manage the event's medical center at the Buddh International Circuit, continuously monitoring and managing any medical emergency occurring on the track. The task force is comprised of 90 individuals, including physicians, nurses, and support personnel.
Dr. Prathap C Reddy, Chairman of the Apollo Hospitals Group, spoke about the collaboration, asserting that it epitomized Apollo's multifaceted abilities. Renowned for their hospital-based expertise, they also excel at managing intricate and critical medical situations in motorsports.
Apollo's emergency care focus and the 1066 ambulance service established the brand right from the beginning. Honored to be selected for the esteemed international motoring event, Dr. Reddy expressed confidence in the well-being of riders and spectators during the race.
