Here is the future of racing games and it is called Anki Overdrive. They will be providing two cars and a race track that can be modified to your preference. It will be launched worldwide during September, 2015.

An app is then provided to your device, which allows you control of the car on track and shows you a visualisation on your device. It is highly immersive and will feel like you are really racing, if you accelerate too much in a corner your vehicle on the physical track will also go off.
