Air India's Response
Upon learning about the incident, Air India released a statement. They explained that Flight AI169, which was operating from Gatwick to Amritsar on the 24th of November 2023, experienced an unusual case of condensation adjustment within the cabin. The passengers seated in the affected rows were promptly moved to other empty seats.

Despite the circumstances, the cabin crew made every effort to ensure the guests' comfort. Air India expressed its regret over the unforeseen incident, reaffirming its commitment to passenger safety and comfort.
