21 Gun Salute Rally – Highlights And Images Of The Vintage Car & Bike Rally
Amongst the 2016 Auto Expo madness, car lovers also had an opportunity to take a break and witness classic cars and motorcycles that were displayed at the Red Fort. The 21 Gun Salute Rally was celebrated with lots of dance celebrations.
Also, the 21 Gun Salute Rally had some of the rarest cars and motorcycles on display. Some of the worthy mentions are the Benz Patent Motorwagen, the first car invented by Karl Benz and the Quadra Cycle by Henry Ford.
Other models that were on display included Jaguars, Fords, Rolls Royce, Mercedes', and Bentleys. The ceremony was inaugurated by Manohar Lal Khattar, the Chief Minister Of Haryana. The two day event started by showcasing the cars on the first day and driving them on the Buddh International Circuit (BIC) on the second day.
The Gun Salute Rally also had motorcycles on display. Motorcycles ranged from the old Harley-Davidson with hand shifters to Classic Indians to the very elusive Royal Enfield Interceptor, a 750cc twin.
The 21 Gun Salute Vintage Car Rally and Concours show was an eye pleaser for sure, for those who love automobiles and how they have evolved over the years.
