Insane Drag Racing Car Produces Over 11,000bhp - Video

Top Fuel Racers are the fastest drag racing cars on the planet. They run supercharged V8's that are fueled by a mix of nitromethane and methanol and can finish their 1,000 foot races in just 3.7 seconds and can hit speed of around 530km/h.

Race Engine Technology magazine teamed up with testing specialists AVL Racing and Don Schumacher Racing to find out the precise power output of these insane beasts, something that hadn't ever been done before. The final figure that was measured was an insane 11,051bhp.
