Fiat Caffe Website Is Now Live
Fiat is also planning to open another cafe in Pune. Both these cafes will be coffee bars with an Italian touch. The fiat cars currently being sold in India will be on show and you can also see much more. You can expect to see more such Fiat Caffes if the two become successful.
Fiat India is hoping its cafes will become great hangout places for auto enthusiasts and will help increase its popularity. The Fiat Caffe website shows us how the cafe will look once it is open. Obviously the cars are the main theme of the look but you can also find some Italianness in it.
The Italian carmaker will showcase its history especially in India beginning from its association with Premier. Fiat will be selling several branded goodies and accessories. Some of them will be regular lifestyle accessories while some will be unique collectibles. Fiat will also open its own line of fashion apparel looking at the wide array of clothing available in the website.
The Fiat merchandise that will be on sale will include keychains, T shirts, jackets, caps and umbrellas. Fiat is expected to conduct a special event to highlight the opening of the cafe. The event will also be used to present Fiat's future plans and strategies for India. Fiat has decided not to participate in this year's Delhi Auto Expo and the Cafe's launcnch will be used as an alternate platform.
Fiat India decided not to participate in the Auto Expo as it does not have any new product launches or updates slated for 2012. It will focus on improving its sales and service networks across the country as it has decided to split its sales division from Tata.
