Mahindra Verito Vibe Price Starts At INR 5.6 Lakhs

Mahindra Verito Vibe compact sedan, available in three variants, has a starting price of INR 5,63,496, ex-showroom, Mumbai, for the D2 1.5 variant. The other variants are, D4 1.5, priced at INR 5,89,642 and 1.5 D6 priced at INR 6,49,473.

As known already, the Verito Vibe will be powered by the 4 cylinder 8 valve, Renault 1.5 dCi diesel engine that offers an ARAI certified 20.8 kmpl mileage. The engine provides 62 HP at 4000 rpm and 160 Nm of torque from 2000 rpm.

The boot

First things first. The Verito sedan was known for its spaciousness, with a boot space that measured 500 liters. Naturally, the Verito Vibe, due to the loss of the extended boot, gets a smaller boot space of 330 liters, which is still slightly more than what Maruti Suzuki DZire offers. And no, the Verito Vibe is not a hatchback, but will instead compete with DZire and Amaze.

Dimension

Overall, the Verito Vibe measures just under 4 meters at 3991 mm. The remaining dimensions of the Verito are retained.

Tail lights

Another unique design feature of the Verito Vibe is the long LED ‘Light Streaming' Tail Lamps on the c-pillar.

Interior space

Mahindra claims the Verito Vibe provides best in class interior space (sub-4 meter category). An interesting and welcome feature is the third headrest at the rear. Mahindra says, "Three adults can sit comfortably with ample leg, shoulder andheadroom as against the cramped rear seat space offered in other hatches and compact sedans."

Safety features

Verito Vibe D6 variant comes with ABS with EDB and driver airbag as standard.
