Skoda Octavia Laurin And Klement Edition Price In U.K Announced

The most expensive, top-of-the-line Octavia offered by Skoda is a special edition version called Laurin and Klement Edition (L&K). This edition of the Octavia comes in both sedan and estate variants and was first showcased at the Geneva Motor Show in March.

Skoda has now announced the price of the Octavia Laurin & Klement in the U.K. Naturally, L&K models are placed above the regular Elegance trim, with prices starting at £26,570 (INR 26,87,262).

Skoda Octavia Laurin and Klement Edition: Engine

Skoda offers the Octavia L&K with two engine options - a 1.8 TSI petrol engine rated at 180 horsepower and 250 Nm of torque, and a 2.0 TDI diesel engine producing 150 horsepower and 320 Nm of torque.

Both engines come with the option of a 6-speed manual transmission and a 7-speed and 6-speed DSG automatic for the petrol and diesel units respectively. The estate diesel even comes with 4×4 drive configuration.

Aside from all the amenities and safety features that come standard with the Octavia Elegance trim, the L&K edition provides the following additional offerings:

Exterior - 18-inch Turbine alloy wheels, bi-xenon headlights with adaptive front lights system, LED rear lights, chrome window surround and sunset glass (Estate only).

Interior - Brown Alcantara and leather upholstery, L&K cabin logos, stitching and door sill trims, electrically adjustable driver's seat with memory function, lumbar support and heating, rear backrest release from boot, illuminated front and rear footwells, adaptive cruise control with front assistant and Canton audio system.

Safety - Lane assist, park assist and cornering front fog lights.

Skoda Octavia Laurin and Klement Edition: Price

The range starts with the petrol sedan at £26,570, with the estate body type priced at £27,375. The diesel sedan is priced at £26,410, while the estate 4X4 diesel tops the range at £28,665.

Skoda has not given any indication about bringing the Laurin and Klement Edition to India.
