Renault Duster All Set For Dakar Rally

Renault Duster is all set to off-road and conquer new shores in 2013. Renault has revealed the Dakar Rally Duster avatar, which is all set to take on the toughest terrains of the world during the 2013 Dakar Rally.

The 2013 Dakar Rally is scheduled from January 5th to 15th. The Dakar Rally is considered as one of toughest races in the world. The race witnesses participant race across 8,000 kms of South American countries of Lima, Peru, Argentina and Santiago.

The Dakar Rally Duster will be steered by Emiliano Spatano and Benjamin Losada [navigator], both Argentines.

Dustered With Full Commitment

Renault has specially developed this Duster to take on the Dakar Rally. This Duster comes equipped with a 3.5 liter V6 petrol engine which is mated to a 6 speed sequential gearbox.

Duster Offroading On New Shores

This is no ordinary Duster. This Duster has been specially developed for Dakar Rally and the V6 petrol engine churns out 306 horsepower.
