Lamborghini To Launch Aventador Roadster Soon

The Lamborghini Aventador Roadster will be launched in India on 25th January. The Aventador is the Italian super car manufacturer's fastest and most powerful car ever and now we will get to see the convertible version of the Aventador.

The Aventador Roadster was unveiled first during the 2012 LA auto show. Lamborghini had said its latest convertible would retail for €300,000 in Europe (INR 2.15 crores) The Lamborghini Aventador Roadster's price in India, however, will be much higher than that.

The Aventador is now priced at INR 3.75 crores and it is highly unlikely that the Aventador Roadster will be priced below the INR 4 crores mark. We will know the exact price only when the Roadster is launched on January 25th.

The Aventador replaced the Murciealago as Lamborghini's flagship car. It is powered by a massive 6.5-litre engine that delivers and incredible peak power of 700PS. The torque figure is a mind numbing 690Nm. Such power and torque can take the Aventador to a top speed of a 350kmph.

Although, the Aventador is not the fastest car in the world, it delivers incredible acceleration. You can zip to 100kmph from 0 in just 3 seconds. Such speeds requires massive brakes and the Aventador's huge disk brakes can bring the car to halt from 100kmph within 60 feet.

The Aventador's design has been compared to that of a fighter plane. Its sharp lines and angles are similar to stealth bombers.
