Honda City Mugen Prototype Debuts In Philippines
Mugen, Honda's performance and motorsports division, has released its version of the new Honda City. Unveiled last week by Honda Cars Philippines, the 2014 City Mugen Prototype will be available for purchase in that country in the third quarter of this year. Philippines is the second largest market for Mugen products, after Japan.
Initially, the new Honda City Mugen will only come with cosmetic add ons; mechanical and functional upgrades will follow at a later, unspecified time, says Honda.

The Mugen pack for the new City provides it with a body kit that includes front air splitter, rear air diffuser, side skirts, a boot lid lip spoiler, black grille, carbon fibre outside mirror caps and 17-inch aluminium wheels. The car receives a Taffeta White colour.

Lastly, the right A-pillar and left C-pillar wears the red, gold and black Mugen stripes, and the car wears a Mugen badge instead of Honda's.
Honda has not revealed how many 2014 City Mugen editions it will build, but it will be limited like last year. Honda has also said that it will bring the City Mugen to other countries without specifying. Here's hoping India gets its taste of "Unlimited Power".
