European Car Of The Year 2014 Is Peugeot 308
It came as a surprise when Peugeot 308 was named the European Car of the Year 2014. The new 308 took the prestigious title by beating some tough competition like BMW i3 electric car (which was recently named the UK Car of the Year), Mazda 3 and Skoda Octavia.
The winner of the European Car of the Year awards was selected from a shortlist consisting of seven cars, by an esteemed panel of judges consisting of 58 automotive journalists and writers from 22 European countries.
