BMW 7-Series High Security Now Available In India
The latest version of the BMW 7-Series High Security (760Li High Security) is now available in India. This is the same high security car that's used by the Prime Minister of India, albeit in its standard form.
The BMW 7-Series armoured car meets the highest safety standards in personal mobility, including ballistic protection and is certified to the international BRV2009 standard. In other words, this is one of the best mainstream armoured cars a civilian can purchase.
BMW says that the 7-Series High Security was developed along with the regular version of the 7-Series sedan and the safety features form an integrated part of the vehicle and were not added later.
This is important because it ensures the high security version of the sedan looks exactly the same as the regular version, thus maintaining anonymity.
To support the added weight of the armour plating, the 7-Series High Security has a stronger chassis and reinforced suspension system.
BMW 7-Series High Security customers are offered specialised consultancy and high level of customization options by BMW. The company also ensures that confidentiality is maintained about the individual or organization that purchases this car.
The BMW 760Li High Security can only be serviced at specific specialised workshops and the men responsible for servicing the car are a selected few few with specialised training. BMW also offers driver training programmes for its security vehicles.

Besides BMW 7-Series High Security, Mercedes-Benz M-Guard and Audi A8 Security are the other two high security vehicles offered by the other German luxury car makers.
