Based on the Audi S3 sedan, this concept gets a modified 2.5-litre, inline 5-cylinder, TFSi engine instead of the standard 2.0-litre unit.
Power produced is a massive 525 horsepower, with a peak torque of 600 Nm that is delivered right from 2300 rpm.

Audi's 7-speed S Tronic transmission and the Quattro all-wheel-drive system transfer all that power to the tarmac.
Audi also offer D and S driving modes, selected from the centre console, with the latter giving the A3 Clubsport Quattro the best performance in its category, according to the company.

The car stands on stiff performance suspension system that lower the ride height by 10mm. The wheels are massive, measuring 21-inch and wrapped in 275/25 R21 tyres.

Braking is provided by carbon ceramic disc brakes which are standard. Additionally, there's also a boot lid tip mounted air brake setup.

The front of the Audi A3 Clubsport Quattro concept is dominated by the large matt aluminium, hexagonal, honeycomb mesh grille. The car also wears a continuous carbon fiber reinforced plastic air-splitter and side skirt and rear spoiler.

While a production version of the Audi A3 Clubsport Quattro has not been mentioned, it is likely to manifest in the form of hardcore RS3 versions.
