2014 Hyundai Elantra/Avante Facelift Revealed
Hyundai has released studio shots of the 2014 Elantra facelift. The South Korean automaker does not sell as many units of the premium fluidic Elantra as its smaller cousin, the Verna in India. Nevertheless, the Elantra is a popular product which is loved for its design and is a favourite in its segment.
The 2014 Hyundai Elantra facelift, also known as the Avante in its home market of South Korea, is likely to hit Indian markets early next year. Apart from the images, Hyundai has also released a few basic details about the facelift, which are as follows.

Elantra facelift now measures 4550 mm long, which is through a gain in dimension of 5 mm at the front bumper and 15 mm at the rear.

Changes are very few. Apart from the slightly different bumper, the facelift sports projector headlights with LED daytime running lights. The front grille has also been revised, along with the fog lamps. 17 inch two tone alloy wheels are also new.

The center air-vent has been repositioned to the dashboard, while the front center armrest has been raised. The rear seats now ventilated as well. Electronic upgrades include a 3.5 inch OLED display and Smart Parking Assist system.

The Korean version or the 2014 Avante facelift will also get a brand new diesel engine. A 1.6 liter, 126 HP, 206 lb-ft torque unit.
