Maruti Alto Gets 6500 Bookings Before Launch
Maruti is back on a roll once again. The company is about to launch its iconic Maruti 800cc in an Alto 800 avatar. The company has already received 6500 bookings for the Alto 800 and believes they will reach 10,000 bookings by the time of the launch.
The Maruti Alto 800 will be launched on October 16. The matter of fact is that Maruti has received overwhelming response despite the price remaining unknown to customers.
Maruti had opened the pre-launch booking earlier this month. One of the outstanding features of the Alto 800 is improved fuel efficiency of 22.74 kmpl, which is 15 per cent higher than the previous model.
Maruti is certainly overwhelmed with the response. However, the company has not voiced out the monthly targeted sales figures for the new Alto 800. Have you booked your Alto 800 yet?
If the new Maruti Alto 800 bookings continue, soon we will see a bump in the daily production. Currently 500 to 600 units of the old Alto is produced on a daily basis. If the company continues to receive such overwhelming response, we predict around 800 models will roll-out on a daily basis.
