Auto Parts Suppliers To Benefit From Japan Exports

The decision was taken by the Japanese government as part of a bilateral treaty with both the countries. This move will enable India increase its share of imports in the Japanese market.
At the seminar 'Doing Business With Japan' in Ahmedabad, Western region of Engineering Export Promotion Council (EEPC) director Rajat Srivastava said: "Japanese companies do not have the idea of capacities of Indian companies. We need to educate them."
EEPC will showcase capabilities of smaller Indian companies at the 'India Show' in Tokyo from June 20-22 as a part of Mechanical Components and Materials Technology Expo (M-Tech). India is a co-host of the show enabling more Indian companies to participate in the show.
