New Fluidic i20; Features, Specs, Price In Detail
The new i20 comes in a whopping 12 variants giving the customers a wide choice to select from. The ranging from Rs 4,73,400 to Rs 6,65,894 for the petrol variants, Rs 5,96,334 to Rs 7,44,013 for diesel variants and the automatic variant priced at Rs 7,67,405. The main changes in the new i20 is its fluidic design and its features. The car gets an all new front end and rear end while the interior gets a refreshed look with new colours for the audio system and dashboard. Most of the features of the old car remain other that the design and the added features.
The fluidic i20 is available with a 1.2litre 84bhp kappa petrol engine, a 1.4-litre 80bhp petrol engine and a 90bhp 1.4-litre common rail turbo diesel engine. The advanced and hi-tech 1.4 U2 CRDi diesel comes with 6-speed manual transmission. Hyundai has added variable valve timing to its petrol engine making it more efficient. The i20 will also have a petrol variant with automatic transmission.
The new i20 comes loaded with a list of additional features that include reverse camera with display in the cabin mirror, auto-headlights, six airbags, four-wheel disc brakes, rain-sensing wipers, smart key with push-button start, leather-wrapped steering wheel and gear knob, electric folding and heated wing mirrors, tilt and telescopic steering wheel, 2DIN CD/MP3 audio system with four speakers, USB, aux-in and Bluetooth connectivity and steering mounted audio controls.
