Hyundai Launches Fluidic i20 At 4.73 Lakhs
The new fluidic i20 was first unveiled at the Geneva motor show and India is the first country where it has been commercially launched. Hyundai has been steadily inculcating its fluidic design concept in all its cars and the i20 is the latest to get the fluidic treatment.
The fluidic Hyundai i20's price will range between Rs.4.73 lakhs and Rs.7.6 lakhs. The fluidic i20 is available with a 1.2litre 84bhp kappa petrol engine, a 1.4-litre 80bhp petrol engine and a 90bhp 1.4-litre common rail turbo diesel engine. Hyundai has added variable valve timing to its petrol engine making it more efficient.
The new i20 also has restyled interiors with new colours for the audio system and dashboard. The entire interior look has also gets a refreshed look. Some of the new features in the i20 are LED fog lamps and reverse camera.
The most expensive Hyundai i20 will be the top end automatic petrol variant. Hyundai has not launched an automatic version of the diesel i20.
