Range Rover Evoque Convertible
The Range rover Evoque has been Land rover’s most successful new model in recent years. It has been a success international and it is set to get a brand new look in the form of a convertible version. This is the first time an SUV is getting a convertible variant. The Tata Motors owned Land rover has said it would be unveiling the Range rover Evoque convertible at the Geneva Motor show.

The Evoque convertible concept vehicle will explore the potential for the world's first premium convertible SUV," the company said in a statement.

Land Rover Global Brand Director John Edwards said: "The Evoque convertible concept explores the potential to further extend the nameplate's appeal by giving existing customers more choice, whilst at the same time reaching out to a completely new customer base."

The company will showcase the concept SUV only to judge the reaction of the public and to assess the potential for launching it commercially, the release said.

The company had introduced the Evoque- produced at Land Rover's Halewood manufacturing plant --about six months ago and was launched in India in November 2011.

Range Rover Evoque is one of the most ambitious vehicles among the 40 new products that JLR plans to introduce in the next five years.
