First 24-hr Maruti Suzuki Service Centre In Mumbai

In first of its kind in India, a Mumbai Maruti Suzuki car dealer has launched a 24-hour service centre in the city. The dealership, Fortpoint Automotive has started the day-and-night service centre at suburban Andheri in Mumbai and has the capacity to service 40-50 vehicles at the night time.

Fortpoint Automotive (Cars) Managing Director Sandeep Kumar Bafna told reporters, "The rationale behind converting the normal service centre into 24-hour service centre is to facilitate servicing as well as bodyshop repairs of the customers' car at night and get it delivered in the morning before they leave for work at no extra costs."

Tourist vehicles can be serviced at night time with its drivers provided facilities to take rest at the dealership. This move will improve customer relationship, also solve the problem of customers looking for alternative vehicles while their cars are given for service as they could get the car the next morning it is given.

Fortpoint Automotive which was started in the year 1993 has 7 Maruti Suzuki showrooms in Mumbai. Currently, the group represents Hero Honda for Two Wheelers, Maruti Suzuki for Four Wheelers, and Eicher for Commercial Vehicles.
