Nissan To Launch Datsun In India Watch It Live

Nissan Motors will formally re-launch the Datsun low cost car brand in India. The Japanese carmaker is aiming to build small cars for emerging markets such as India, Russia and Indonesia through the Datsun brand.

Datsun India's official launch is expected to be announced today at a press conference in Mumbai. You can actually watch the press conference live at your comfort in your office or home as Nissan will be web casting the event on Facebook.

Nissan has already announced the launch of the Datsun brand at its headquarters near Tokyo this morning. Nissan and Renault's CEO Carlos Ghosn who made the announcement described future Datsun cars to be green, affordable, small with lots of local content.
