Mercedes-Benz Opens Its Biggest Showroom In Indore

Mercedes-Benz has opened its largest showroom in India in Indore. This brand new facility was inaugurated on the 20th of February and is also Madhya Pradesh's largest luxury car showroom. The showroom is spread across 20,000 square feet and is a result of an investment of Rs.5 crores. Visitors can get to see the entire Mercedes-Benz range of cars at the showroom.

The new Mercedes-Benz showroom in Indore will also treat visitors with everything that is unique about the German premium brand. Visitors can relax at the Mercedes Cafe while they interact with the sales staff. They can also visit the special accessories zone where they can see all the different additions to personalize their cars.

The showroom was opened by Mercedes-Benz India's director for sales and marketing Debashis Mitra and Mr Sanjay Thakker who is the chairman and managing director of Benchmark Cars Indore. Mr Mitra while speaking after the inauguration said: “With the inauguration of the new dealership in Indore, we are on track with our 'Go to the customer" strategy and are confident of giving our esteemed customers a premium vehicle ownership experience. The inauguration of the new showroom further deepens our commitment to the market and also to our discerning customers of Madhya Pradesh".

Customers at the showroom will enjoy several services such as Drive-in valet service, exclusive customer lounge with Mercedes Cafe, accessories arena, engaging audio-visual presentations and boutique collection. The showroom has more than 20 dedicated sales staff who will make the sales process stress free.

Further the after sales division is also beefed up to handle up to ten cars per day. Equipped with high quality Mercedes-Benz equipment and trained manpower, the workshop has been built at par with the brand"s global benchmark. The workshop can undertake general repairs and accident jobs, spares; round the clock after sales support and also have a separate driver"s lounge.

Mercedes-Benz remains the number one premium carmaker in terms of reach and number of showrooms. Despite loosing out the top spot in sales to BMW, Mercedes continues to be the preferred luxury car brand for many Indians. Currently it is in a race to retain its top spot.
