VW Announces Price Of IPL Edition- II Polo, Vento
The prices of the Volkswagen IPL special edition Polo and Vento starts at Rs. 6.13 lakh and Rs. 7.08 lakh respectively with Polo available in three trims and Vento coming in four trim levels. The cars are already displayed at authorised Volkswagen showrooms and will be on sale from April 2012.
The features of the new special edition Polo and Vento include an interactive car-pad with a touch-screen multimedia player that includes a built-in navigation system and social-networking options for the rear passenger, i-Pod control, built-in micro SD and mini USB interface, supports MP3/ WMA, interface for parking assist and Bluetooth.
It will also have plush leatherette seats, specially crafted door sill garnish with IPL logo embossed on it and floor mats adorned with the IPL logo to match with the cricketing event.
The IPL special edition Polo will come in three trim levels with prices (ex-showroom Delhi):
1.2 Litre Petrol Highline - Rs. 6.13 Lakhs,
1.6 Litre Petrol Highline - Rs. 6.48 Lakhs
1.2 Litre Diesel Highline priced at Rs. 7.16 Lakhs.
Meanwhile, the IPL special edition Vento will be available in four trim levels with prices (ex-showroom Delhi):
1.6 Litre Petrol Trendline - Rs. 7.08 Lakhs
1.6 Litre Petrol Highline - Rs. 8.23 Lakhs,
1.6 Litre Petrol Highline with Automatic Transmission - Rs. 9.21 Lakhs
1.6 Litre Diesel Trendline - Rs. 8.28 Lakhs.
Volkswagen India Director (Passenger Cars) Neeraj Garg spoke on the launch: “Last year, we launched our first action model, the Vento IPL Edition, and there on introduced the Breeze models of both the Polo and the Vento. The immense response we had received for these special editions has prompted us to continue with the IPL editions - this time with both our popular brands.”
