Nityananda Ditches Ford Endeavour For Skoda
Bangalore based controversial god man Nityananda who is in the thick of the storm has shown a love towards cars too. He is reported to be owning a Ford Endeavour SUV as well as a Hyundai Santro. But Nityanda susprised all today when he arrived in a white Skoda car to the Ramanagaram court where he surrendered.
The controversial godman Nityananda has shown a liking towards posh cars and has been seen being driven in a Ford Endeavour several times. The Ford Endeavour is the American carmaker's premium SUV in India. Available in three variants and is priced between Rs.18 lakhs and Rs.22 Lakhs.
Karnataka police had launched man hunt to nab Nityananda after allegations of serious offenses were reported. There were media reports about Nityananda's car being seen in Madurai, in Tamil Nadu fueling doubts about the god man hiding there. But Nityananda surprised every one by appearing in a white Skoda car near Bangalore.
Speaking about the Ford Endeavour, the SUV is based on the Ford Ranger and is available in four variants. Ford recently launched a special edition variant called the Hurricane priced at Rs.20.13 lakhs.
The Endeavour helped Ford introduce the premium SUV segment in India. Although the Endeavour continues to have decent sales, it is a fact that new competitors have overtaken it. Ford is planning to launch the next generation Endeavour in the coming years.
