Maruti Suzuki Launches Ertiga In Bangalore
Maruti Suzuki has launched its all new Ertiga MPV in Bangalore on 13th April. The car was unveiled for the press by Maruti Suzuki India's Managing Executive Officer (Marketing & Sales ) Mayank Pareek.
The Ertiga was launched in Mumbai and in Delhi on 12th April. Maruti Suzuki will be launching the new MPV in all major Indian cities in the coming few days.
Mr Mayank Pareek after unveiling the car described the Ertiga as a life utility vehicle and hence the name LUV. He said: “The Ertiga has created an all new segment among cars This car has been designed and developed keeping in mind the needs of the customer.”
The Ertiga's price in Bangalore is slightly higher than ex-showroom Delhi prices. The additional price is due to transportation costs and state taxes.

The Ertiga does not have a waiting period currently. Maruti Suzuki is expecting more than half the sales to be the diesel variants. Mr Pareek stated the company had already boosted diesel engine production in anticipation of this demand and hence there would not be long waiting periods even in the future.
