Renault To Unveil Sunny Based Sedan Soon

This Sunny based sedan is expected to look more sporty than Nissan's sedan as it will have revised front design and rear fascia. Renault which has so far tried to create a premium brand image for itself through the Fluence and Koleos in now looking at boosting volumes through cheaper cars such as the Pulse and Duster.
The Sunny based sedan is expected to be available with both petrol and diesel engines from its launch itself. Renault which has consistently launched diesel cars on debut itself has understood the potential of diesel cars in the Indian market.
We do not expect any difference in terms of the technical specification in Renault's new sedan. It will get the same engines as the Nissan Sunny and Renault might tune them slightly to suit its weight, handling and performance.
Renault had earlier unveiled the Pulse hatchback during Indian Formula 1 race and then launched it commercially during the Auto Expo. Do not be surprised if it repeats again with Renault unveiling the new sedan at the race on October 28th and then launch it during the festive season around Christmas and New Year.
