2012 Mahindra Xylo Features and Price List
The 2012 Xylo will be available in five variants with the entry level variant priced at Rs.7.37 lakhs. Some of the interesting features in the new Xylo are dual air conditioning, voice control and steering mounted audio controls. On the safety front, the Xylo gets dual airbags, ABS and Cruise Control. Buyers can choose from six different paint colours.
As far as the interior of the 2012 Xylo, we get to see a dual tone dashboard with a lighter shade. The top end E9 variant will be available with leather seats.

Mahindra Xylo D2 : Rs.7.37 lakhs
Mahindra Xylo D4 : Rs.7.77 lakhs
Mahindra Xylo E4 : Rs.8.11 lakhs
Mahindra Xylo E4 ABS : Rs.8.34 lakhs
Mahindra Xylo E8 ABS : Rs.9.10 lakhs
Mahindra Xylo E8 ABS-Airbags : Rs.9.47 lakhs
Mahindra Xylo E9 : Rs.10.25 lakhs

You might notice that the D2 variant is cheaper than the out going model by as much as Rs.50,000. Mahindra has said the D2 and the D4 variants of the 2012 Xylo are aimed at the Taxi market. The E4 and the E8 are aimed at family buyers. The Xylo is aimed squarely at the Toyota Innova and it has won hands down when it comes to pricing.
The top end E9 Xylo which is priced at Rs.10.25 lakhs is cheaper than the top end Innova by about Rs.3 lakhs making it a very attractive option. The Toyota Innova might face some stiff competition to hold on to its position as India's highest selling MPV.
