Reva NXR To Be Launched By Mahindra Soon

A new electric car from Reva will be launched soon. Mahindra Reva has developed a new electric car model called the NXR. This two-door car is slightly larger than the Reva. Reva has been developing the NXR since two years and a prototype was completed last year.

The electric car maker started testing of the NXR's prototype in Bengaluru. Recent sitings indicate the Reva NXR's development is complete. Mahindra and Mahindra had recently stated that it would be launching five new models this financial year and one of them would be from Mahindra Reva. The Reva NXR will be the first model to be launched by Reva after it was taken over by Mahindra and Mahindra.

The Reva NXR can run up to 160 kilometres in a single charge and can attain a top speed of 104km/h. This is quite impressive considering the fact that the Reva NXR electric car has a very heavy battery. Mahindra Reva has not revealed further details about the NXR.
