News On The Nissan Sunny 2011 Launch!

Though Nissan Sunny is expected for official launch in this September there is speculation over its looks and design. There are indications that the car has been made public in China recently and it is beyond doubt that it will carry its features for the Indian launch.

However, sources tell that this car will carry a 1.5 lit 100 bhp power yield engine and will be fitted with HR15DE petrol engine. And there speculations over the possible inclusion of Renault 1.5 DCi 85bhp common rail engine that Nissan would depend on promoting the sale volume.

Also on the debate is the inclusion of CVT transmission meant for the China launch and it is to be seen whether Nissan would please the Indian auto market by retaining this. Nissan may offer 5-speed manual transmission in a bid to compromise on the cost factor for the competitive Indian market.
