Coming Soon: New Updated 2012 Honda CRV

The Honda CRV is the only SUV offered by the Japanese carmaker in India. The CRV has had a decent run in the Indian car market but it has been over shadowed by feature rich cars such as the Toyota Fortuner, BMW X1 and Chevrolet Captiva. Honda has now decided to completely refresh the CRV by offering a redesigned version in 2012. The carmaker has already launched a micro site to provide updates for the vehicle. This CRV micro site will build anticipation among fans.

According to the micro site, the new CRV will have a different exterior design along with a more stylish interior. Honda is also expected to add several new advanced features that could probably set a new standard. The Honda CRV is already a top selling car for five years, a lot of expectations are being drawn from the new 2012 model.

The 2012 Honda CRV is expected to be powered by a new four cylinder petrol engine that can churn out 185 to 210bhp. Honda is also expected to make the 2012 CRV more fuel efficient and lighter. It remains to be seen if the 2012 Honda CRV can emulate the success of its predecessor.
