April May See The Arrival Of Maserati

In another fortnight time the Indian car market will get the glimpse of the Italian sensation from Maserati sports car to vie against Bugatti, Ferrari, Lamborghini and Porsche. The spokesperson from the company said there has been a huge potential for the company"s product in India. Maserati is intended to launch a model in stable of its origin and there could be a local partner for the import bid which may start in 2012.

Maserati is an element of Fiat and the Maserati ranges are produced in Modena on limited editions which are exported to 75 overseas markets. The prestigious owners of Maserati are in the caliber of the Bollywood superstar Amitabh, Vijay Mallya, Ajay Devgan and Anil Ambani in the Indian count. There could be three ranges as GranCabrio the two seater for Rs5 crore, Quattroporte sedan at the starting price of Rs3 crore and the top end sport version GranTurismo coupe for Rs4.75 crore.
