Mahindra Launches Yuvraj 215!

The Indian farm equipment major Mahindra & Mahindra launched its new tractor Yuvraj 215 under 15HP category at for Rs 181000 in Maharastra. After the launch, the GM of M&:M said this could be a change of dynamics of the agrarian sector as it would enable the small agrarians to own a tractor.

The farmer community will reap in more profits out of this mechanized productivity, he added. The farmers of Gujarat state had a good stint with this tractor and he expressed the hope of similar growth for the farmers in Maharastra.

Technically, Yuvraj 215 has the speed efficiency of 25.6km / h with the capacity of 1.5 tonne. M&M manufactures at its Rajkot facility with the annual volume of 16000 units and the tractor is deemed as the key part for the company"s vision to to beyond retailing tractors in farm prosperity, said the company"s VP for Marketing of Farm Equipment sector.
